Welcome to Liquid Floors and Counters. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
•“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Liquid Floors and Counters.
•“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity utilizing our services.
•“Services” refers to epoxy installation and related services provided by Liquid Floors and Counters.
•“Website” refers to Liquid Floors and Counters’ website, accessible at liquidfloorsandcounters.co.
2. Payment
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for epoxy installation services.
•The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
•We accept payment via Stripe, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check and third party finance company’s.
3. No Refunds
•Once the initial deposit is paid, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of services by the customer.
4. Changes and Cancellations
•Any changes to the scope of work or cancellation of services must be communicated to us in writing at least 3 (three) days prior to the scheduled installation date.
•Changes or cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the initial deposit or an additional charge to accommodate requested change.
5. Warranty
•We warrant our epoxy installation services for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of completion.
•This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
•Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
6. Dispute Resolution
•Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or the provision of our services shall be resolved through arbitration.
•The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of mutually agreed upon arbitration firm.
•The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
•In no event shall Liquid Floors and Counters be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
8. Governing Law
•These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia’s, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
•We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
•By continuing to use our website or services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
